"My rating would actually be a 4.9 because my only complaint is not significant. I understand everyone is busy during tax season, but when I submit documents and questions through the new portal, I would like some indication of the documents and/or questions had been acknowledged in some way or at least some timeline for such an acknowledgement. Not an automated response, we need a person working our account to respond they have everything they need or if anything further is needed."
