Cortney joined Northwest Accounting in 2024 as a part-time Admin Assistant, and her growth since then has been nothing short of impressive. With her enthusiasm for learning and her knack for tackling challenges, she quickly moved up the ranks and now leads the Payroll team. In 2025, she expanded her role by joining the Tax Team as a Junior Preparer, where she’s applying her attention to detail and commitment to client service in a new way.
